Place was excellent and perfectly fine, loved the stay.
The hotel was located near the restaurant. The room was clean and offered a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and shower caps, so that guests had essentials. The staff was amicable and great to deal with. The location was unbeatable for me, in the middle of the city.

Great hotel. We liked our coffee with goodies at dogan kunefe dondurma. Moreover, free parking was a bonus.

The staff, especially Dogan, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They assisted us with everything from finding places to eat and exchanging money to setting up a Turkish phone line. The breakfast had a wide variety and good quality options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The hotel provided ample parking and even offered a valet service. The new building and the swimming pool/spa were impressive, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The price/performance ratio was great, and while the hotel showed its age, the effort to maintain its integrity was clear. My only suggestions for improvement would be to offer fresh tea or coffee at breakfast and to have more fresh fruits, yogurts, cheeses, and bread available. Additionally, it would be ideal to have the smoking area away from the breakfast room. our stay was fantastic and filled with delightful surprises.

We recently stayed at a new building with well, furnished rooms. the receptionists were kind and made our arrival easy, with free parking right at the entrance. the hotel is located just a 5, 7 minute walk from the tram endstop, Mrdliye, which is a short 15, 20. the swimming pool and spa were very nice and big enough. We found the price to be reasonable and the overall value for money was good.
Although the hotel showed signs of age and could use some refurbishment, the staff made an effort to keep everything intact. Cons: Nothing to be said 👍.

The double room at Shimall Deluxe was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning that made me feel right at home. I loved having an electric kettle, perfect for brewing a cup of tea before bedtime. It was like having my own little oasis in Gaziantep.
I was not a big fan of the minibar in the double room. Personal preference, though.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious amenities and decor. the professional and attentive staff provided excellent service, and I was particularly pleased with the private facilities offered in my room. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa & wellness centre were a major highlight of my stay , I indulged in a full, body massage. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with a flavorful and unique menu, and the in, room breakfast was a special touch that I appreciated. Cons: While my overall experience was excellent, I did notice one minor issue during my stay. the lighting in the room could be improved, as I found it to be slightly dim. this did not detract from the other luxurious advantages provided by the hotel.

I had a great business trip, and the hotel had two key location advantages: it was walking distance from a tram stop, and there was ample parking. The staff, especially a guy named Dogan, was friendly and helpful. , the breakfast was good and had a lot of variety, including fresh fruit, yoghurts, and cheeses.
It was a bit noisy in the rooms since the windows were not soundproof. , the lifts were very slow, which could be frustrating when you're in a hurry.

The hotel was located near the tram stop, making it easy to get around the city. the arrival process was hassle-free, and we were able to park right next to the entrance. the staff was friendly, and the rooms were furnished nicely.
The bedding was uncomfortable, with the sheets feeling like they had been slept in. the lighting in the room was insufficient, making it difficult to see.

As a senior woman, I truly enjoyed the warm and inviting decoration throughout the hotel, especially in the common areas. The soft color scheme and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with navigation.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance with luggage.
